Efficient workflows, stable processes and ergonomic workstations are decisive success factors for the sustainable optimization of intralogistics in medical technology today. Individually tailored to the respective wishes and requirements of the customer, VENTZKI’s customized products and solution concepts make an important contribution to this. This is also the case with the HEE high-capacity lifting-dumping devices, which has recently been used with great success by a renowned medical technology manufacturer.
The customer’s requirements profile was clearly defined in advance: Previously, the medical technology manufacturer’s employees had to manually feed their 15 kg filling material into the transfer system at a height of 1,800 mm, which repeatedly resulted in work interruptions. These unnecessary interruptions could be significantly reduced by using the VENTZKI HEE high filling device. The same applies to the physical strain on the employees. Instead, ultra-modern workstations have now been created that offer maximum ergonomics and efficiency.
Now, the roll containers used by the customer are first driven directly into the load receptacle of the VENTZKI HEE high-capacity dumper at floor level and lifted before the contents of the containers are tipped out via a baffle at a height of 2,400 mm. In addition, the infinitely variable adjustment of the lifting and tilting speed and the central control of all movements via a so-called “ramp” ensure maximum flexibility, safety, convenience and control. A smooth start-up of the system is therefore guaranteed at all times.
Individually tailored to the customer’s wishes and requirements, the system is further safeguarded in this case with the aid of a safety fence and an additional light grid on the loading side. This allows the lifting movement to be completely self-contained. The subsequent dumping process was also implemented in inching mode at the customer’s special request. This enables the operator to dump the filling material in a controlled manner.
And last but not least, the return of the containers to the starting or loading position with the VENTZKI HEE High-capacity dumper is completely self-retaining, so that no further time is lost here. This shows once again that the experts at Ventzki pay attention to consistently stable processes in their customized products and solution concepts – right down to the last detail.
