V-ESB Monorail System

• Travelling overhead crane systems with a load capacity of up to 1,500 kg and a span of 8 m
• Wall and pillar slewing cranes with a load capacity of up to 500 kg and a jib length of 6 m

These aluminium crane systems are notable in particular for their optimal ergonomic handling characteristics and exceptionally smooth running. All components were developed with special attention to optimising the running characteristics of the crane systems. Compared to standard overhead conveyor systems, operators therefore need only a third of the pulling power to move loads. Another advantage of the easy running system is that the travelling gears make far less noise.

Systems can be realised at short notice thanks to a well conceived modular system based on light-weight components which are compatible with each other. Easy system planning with CAD and short delivery times mean that projects can be quickly implemented, including installation and commissioning by our technicians if required.

Made from extruded aluminium sections with a natural-coloured anodised surface. Configured and calculated on the basis of the applicable standards - DIN 4132 (craneways), DIN 15018 (cranes) and DIN 18800 Part 1 (design and construction) - and in accordance with the latest EU machinery directives 2006/42/EC.

Diverse options are available to meet individual needs, e.g. electric drive units, choice of lifting gear (with manual or electric drive), rigid or angular suspensions, different methods of power supply (flat or round cable, internal or external cable carriers, spiral hose or energy chain).

The monorail system is the simplest method of linear transport. It is a low-cost solution, has a small mounting height, and is very easy to handle.
